We’re located at No : 2 in Mudis. It’s a bit of a specific spot, right near the D Voundi Venra Corporation Limited building. Even though the name Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Limited sounds quite big, out here in Mudis, it feels more like a local operation. We’ve got a lot of history in this area, and the people working here are mostly locals who have grown up around the tea plantations. The climate up here is usually perfect for what we do, though the mist can get quite thick in the mornings. Our daily routine is pretty standard—we check the leaf quality, manage the workers, and keep the equipment running. It’s a lot of physical work and being out in the field. The office is functional but definitely not fancy. We have old wooden desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days. The road near us can get a bit muddy when it rains, making transport a little tricky. We don't spend much time on marketing or trying to sound impressive. We just focus on the tea. There’s always the sound of machinery in the background and the smell of fresh tea leaves in the air. It’s a hard job sometimes, especially during the peak harvest seasons when everyone has to work extra hours. But we’ve been doing this for generations in one way or another, and it’s just a way of life for us now.
