We’re based in Room No 53 on the 5th floor of Pandey House. It’s over in Karelwadi, Thakurdwar. BNK DESIGN BUILD PRIVATE LIMITED is where we do all our planning and design work. It’s a bit of a climb to the 5th floor, but we don’t mind the exercise. Mumbai 400002 is a busy neighborhood, and there’s always something happening right outside our window. We’re not a big corporate firm with a glass office and expensive chairs. We’re just a small group of people who enjoy designing and building things. It can get pretty stressful when deadlines are tight and the phone won’t stop ringing. We’ve spent many hours in this office drawing up plans and trying to figure out how to make things work within a tight budget. Construction and design have their ups and downs. Sometimes a design doesn't work out like we thought, and we have to go back to the drawing board. That’s just part of the process. We don't use any of those fancy marketing words or try to sound more important than we are. We just work hard and try to be honest with the people we work for. Being in Thakurdwar keeps us connected to the real side of the city. BNK DESIGN BUILD PRIVATE LIMITED is basically our life’s work. We aren't looking to be famous, just to do a job we can be okay with at the end of the day.
