If you head down toward Crawford Market, you’ll find us on Sarang Street. We are on the fourth floor of building 118, in room A/A5. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, always crowded with shoppers and delivery carts. Our office is in an older building, so the stairs can be a bit of a workout if the lift is acting up. We’ve been handling air travel services from this spot for quite some time now. The room is filled with maps, schedules, and the sound of phones ringing. It’s not one of those sleek travel agencies you see in malls. It’s a bit more cluttered and real. We like being near the market because there is so much energy around us. People drop in all the time just to ask about flights or to pick up papers. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to travelers. We just try to find them a way to get where they need to go without too much trouble. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the street noise coming up four floors, but we don't mind it. It’s just the sound of the city. We’ve got our regular customers who have been coming to Sarang Street for years. We aren't looking to change much about how we do things. It’s just a small, reliable office in the middle of a very old, very busy neighborhood.
