Blue Hospitality Foods is based out of the Regus Business Center in Santacruz East. We are up on Level 2, which is a bit different from having our own standalone shop. It’s a shared office environment, so we see a lot of people from other companies in the hallways and the pantry. We are really close to Mumbai University, so you see a lot of students walking around the general area. Being in Santacruz East means we are right in the thick of things near the highway. The traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours, but that's just part of the deal. Our specific space is clean and functional, though it lacks that personal touch you get in a private office. We mostly just focus on our computers and phones all day. It’s a very professional setting, but we try to keep it casual within our own small team. We don’t have a big sign on the road, just our name on the directory inside. It’s a practical choice for us because everything is taken care of, like the internet and the cleaning. We usually head out for lunch to one of the smaller joints near the university because the office food can get boring after a while. It’s a decent place to get work done without too many distractions. We usually wrap things up by six and head out to beat the heavy traffic.
