We are located in the Zenith Building on Mirza Ghalib Marg, right in Byculla. It’s a busy street and the building has been around for quite a while. Our space is on the 77th block area, and it’s where we handle all our engineering stuff. It’s not a very modern office, just a place with desks, some old drafting tools, and a few computers. We have a lot of files stacked up because we’ve been doing this for many years. Byculla is an interesting part of the city to work in. There’s always something happening outside our windows. We mostly focus on the technical side of things, making sure the designs and the specs are right. The team is just a handful of folks who have worked together for a long time. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with meetings and presentations. Most of our day is spent just working through the problems on the table. Sometimes we have to go out to sites, but we always come back here to finish the paperwork. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once. The elevators in the building can be slow, so we get used to waiting. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like doing our work and going home at a decent hour. It is a good, solid place to be.
