B.J.Liquors

We’ve been running B.J. Liquors for a good while now. Most people get in touch with us through our email because it’s the easiest way to keep track of orders and questions. We don’t have a big fancy office building with a giant sign or anything. It’s more of a direct operation from where we are. We handle a lot of different types of stock, and it keeps us busy throughout the week. Sometimes the warehouse gets a bit messy when a big shipment comes in, but we sort it out eventually. We aren't really the type to use a lot of big marketing words or talk ourselves up. We just buy what people want and sell it at a fair price. It’s a simple business at the end of the day. Amit handles a lot of the communication himself. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the numbers match up when we close. It can be tiring, but it’s what we do. We’ve built up a regular group of people who know they can just send a quick message to our Rediffmail address and we’ll get back to them. It’s more personal that way, like how things used to be before everything became so automated. No fancy systems, just us reading the emails and responding to them. We keep our overhead low so we can just focus on the actual work. It works for us.
