Birla Precision Technologies Ltd. is based on the first floor of Dalamall House. We’re right on J.B. Marg in Nariman Point. It’s a classic business district. The building is one of those well-known ones in the area. Being on the first floor is actually pretty convenient because we don’t have to wait for the elevators as much as the people on the upper floors. The office is a busy spot. We have people coming in and out, and there’s always a bit of a hum from the computers and the air conditioning. It’s not a flashy place, just a workspace where we deal with precision tech stuff. Nariman Point has a certain vibe to it—very focused and fast-paced. We try to just do our part without making a big deal of it. The view isn't much from the first floor, but it’s a good location to be in. We have our files, our coffee mugs, and our daily tasks. Birla Precision Technologies Ltd. is just a bunch of people working together to get things right. We don’t use those big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up at Dalamall House and get to work. It’s a straightforward environment, and we like keeping it that way. Just a regular day at the office for us on J.B. Marg. We've been here for a while now.
