Our office is on the first floor of Dalamal House, right there in Nariman Point on J.B. Marg. If you have ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how it is. It is always fast and a bit loud with all the people rushing to work. We spend a lot of time here dealing with precision technology things. It is a lot of technical work that requires looking at small details for hours. The building itself has that old office feel, and we have been in suite 206 for some time now. Some mornings the commute is a real headache, but once you get inside and start working, you sort of forget the chaos outside. We have our desks set up with all the drawings and parts we need to look at. It is not like those modern glass offices you see in movies; it is a working space where things actually get done. We talk about the projects over tea and try to figure out the best way to handle the technical side of things. There are always papers spread out and someone is usually on the phone discussing specifications. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of new equipment coming in, but we manage just fine. We just focus on the engineering side of things and making sure everything fits the way it is supposed to. It is steady work and the team here has been together for a while.
