Birla Estates Private Limited

We are based in Worli, specifically at Birla Aurora on Dr. Annie Besant Road. You can find us up on Level 8. Looking out the windows, you get a view of the city that reminds you why everyone wants to be in Mumbai. Birla Estates Private Limited has been operating from here for a bit now. Worli is a fast-paced area, and being on one of the main roads means there is always something happening outside. The building itself is quite tall and sits among many other corporate offices, but we try to keep our own floor feeling like a place where real work happens. We deal with a lot of different aspects of estates and property. Some days are just filled with endless meetings and others are spent going through site reports. It is a lot of coordination between different teams. The traffic on Annie Besant Road is famous for being slow, so we usually tell people to give themselves extra time if they are coming over. We are not into anything too flashy even though the address sounds important. It is mostly just desks, computers, and people trying to figure out the best way to move projects forward. It gets pretty quiet in the evenings once most of the staff heads home to beat the traffic. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and keep things moving without much noise.
