We have been operating out of the Hornby Building for quite some time now. Our office is situated on the first floor at 174 Colaba Eastend Main Road. It is a busy part of the city, and being right on the main road means there is always a lot of movement outside our window. Bhupesh Lakhani Realties is a small setup where we mostly focus on helping people find a place to live or a spot for their business in the Colaba area. This part of Mumbai has a lot of history, and the buildings here often have their own specific issues and charms. We spend a lot of our day going through property papers, talking to different landlords, and showing people around various flats. It is not always glamorous work; there is a lot of walking and dealing with old structures. Our office is pretty simple, with just enough space for our desks and some chairs for visitors. We do not go in for any of that polished corporate talk or high-pressure sales tactics. We prefer to just sit down and see what actually works for the person in front of us. Most of our clients come to us because they saw our sign or someone they know told them we were here. We try to be as straightforward as possible about what is available and what the costs are. It is practical, everyday work that keeps us connected to the neighborhood we have been part of for years.
