Our small office is tucked away in the Shiv Shakti Rahiwasi Sangh area, right in Goregaon East near the MIDC. Bhoomi Tours Travel isn't one of those big agencies you see on television. We are just a local team that helps people figure out their trips. Whether it’s a bus ticket back to the village or a small family holiday, we sit down and work it out. The office is modest, with a couple of chairs for guests and a desk covered in schedules. We like being in Goregaon East because it’s a place where people are always moving. The MIDC nearby means there are many workers who need to travel for their jobs or go home for festivals. We’ve been here for a good while now, and most of our customers come to us through word of mouth. We don’t have fancy brochures or a high-tech website. We just use our experience to find the best routes. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to have a long tea break with a neighbor. We know the struggle of planning a trip on a tight budget, so we try to be practical. It’s a bit crowded in the Shiv Shakti Rahiwasi Sangh, but it feels like a community. We are just glad to be the ones people trust to get them where they need to go. It’s a simple business built on being helpful.
