Bhavna Tour N Travel is a small shop, number 3 to be exact, inside Dsarhi Butta Chawl. We are located in Mahavir Market, which is right across from the Allahabad Bank in Andheri East. It’s a very local spot, and we know almost everyone who walks by our door. We started this because we liked helping people figure out their travel plans without making it a big ordeal. The space is tiny, with just enough room for a desk and some chairs, but it serves us well. We handle things like train bookings, flight tickets, and sometimes hotel stays for families going on vacation. It’s not a corporate office at all. You’ll often find us sharing a snack with a neighbor or helping someone read a form. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology, just a computer that works most of the time and our phones. People trust us because we’ve been here in the chawl for a long time. We try to find the best routes and explain things clearly so there’s no confusion at the station or the airport. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the market crowd, but other days everyone wants to travel at once. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that.
