Bhavani Tours & Travels

We’ve been running Bhavani Tours & Travels out of this small office in Room No 1 for quite some time now. You can find us in the A Wing of Praful Jyot, which is over in Ghatkopar East near Sakinaka. It’s not a huge place, just a regular office setup near Kukreja Tower. Mostly, we spend our days looking at bus timings and train schedules for people in the neighborhood. It gets busy around here, especially with the traffic outside, but inside we just focus on getting people where they need to go. We aren’t one of those big fancy companies with a hundred employees. It’s just us here, answering phones and writing down bookings on paper or the computer. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but Praful Jyot stays the same. People come in to ask about holiday trips or just to get a ticket to see their family back home. We try to keep things simple and honest. Sometimes the tea guy comes by twice a day and we take a break, but usually, we are busy with paperwork. It’s a lot of responsibility making sure someone’s trip goes okay. We don’t use any big words or complicated systems. If you walk into our office, you’ll just see a few desks and some maps on the wall. We like being part of the Ghatkopar community and helping our neighbors out with their travel plans whenever they need it.
