Pace Setters

Pace Setters is located in Bhandup. This is just where we are, right in the middle of all the noise and traffic of the area. Bhandup has a specific kind of energy, and we have been part of it for some time. Our office isn't something you’d find in a magazine. It’s a simple room with some sturdy tables and chairs that have been with us for years. There’s a lot of paper around, and the computers are usually humming in the background. We don't have a big sign out front, just the name Pace Setters on the door so people know they’ve found the right place. The light in the office is okay, but we prefer to keep the door open when the weather allows. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are almost always on. We handle our day-to-day tasks without much fuss. There is no corporate dress code or fancy meetings. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done, and get to it. Sometimes we order tea from the stall across the road, and it’s usually pretty good. The floor is made of that old grey tile that’s easy to sweep but never looks perfectly clean. We don't mind. It’s a practical space for us to work. We spend most of our time answering calls and writing things down. It’s just how we do things here every day until it is time to leave.
