United Engineering Work

We operate out of Gala No. A/4 in the Pooja Industrial Estate. It’s located on Lake Road, specifically in the Tulshet Pada area of Bhandup West. If you’ve ever been to this part of Bhandup, you know it’s an industrial hub. There’s always the sound of machinery or trucks moving around. United Engineering Work is just one of the many units here, but we’ve been at this gala for a long time. It’s a practical space. We’ve got our equipment set up, and the walls have that typical industrial look—a bit of grease here and there, maybe some marks from moving heavy stuff around. We don’t spend money on decorations because that’s not what we’re about. We’re about the work. Most mornings start with the sound of the shutters going up. Lake Road can get pretty clogged with traffic, so we try to get things moving early. The guys here have been working together for a while, so we have a routine. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s a productive one. Tulshet Pada has a lot of energy, even if it’s just the energy of people working hard. We like being in the middle of it. Our space is small, but we use every inch of it. There’s no big reception area, just the workspace and a small spot to sit and have a cup of tea when there’s a break. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing every single day.
