Sai Varsha Properties

Our office for Sai Varsha Properties is in the Platinum Building, B Wing, over in Bhandup West. Specifically, we are at 303 Mogra Pada on New Nagardas Road, right behind Bhomaya Park. It is a bit of a maze to get here if you aren't familiar with the streets of Bhandup, but once you find the park, we are just a short walk away. We deal with all sorts of property matters in this area. It is a busy part of Mumbai and there is always someone moving in or moving out. Our office is just a regular room with some desks and a few chairs for visitors. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, mostly just maps of the local wards. We spend our days talking to owners and looking at flats that need to be rented or sold. The market here moves quickly, so we have to stay on top of things. Sometimes we are juggling four or five different deals at once and the phone never stops ringing. We aren't a big agency with a flashy website. We just know the buildings in Bhandup West really well. We can tell you which ones have good water supply and which ones are too close to the noise of the train line. It is practical knowledge that helps people make a decision. We just try to be helpful and get the paperwork signed without too much trouble for anyone involved.
