We are located over in Bhandup West, specifically on J Dosa Road. If you find Shanthi Bhavan, we are right there on the first floor, not too far from Dreams Mall. Most people in the area know the mall, so it makes us easy to find. Kool Properties Solutions Pvt Ltd is the name on the door, but we’re just a local team doing property work. Bhandup has changed a lot lately, and we’ve been right in the middle of it. We help people find apartments or maybe a small office space if that’s what they need. It’s a lot of walking around and checking out different buildings to see what's actually worth looking at. Real estate can be a bit of a mess with all the different prices and owners, so we just try to sort through it. We aren't a huge corporate chain. We're just here in the neighborhood. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with files, but we know where everything is. People stop by after finishing their shopping at the mall sometimes just to ask what's new on the market. We don't do anything fancy, just give them the facts. It’s a decent place to work and we like being part of the Bhandup community.
