We are located at D S Lane 13Th Cross, right on Laksandra Road. It’s a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the sign. Bhagwati Travel started out small and honestly, we’ve stayed that way. I like it better that way. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with fancy coffee. Usually, I just offer people a glass of water from the cooler. The desk is a bit of a mess with notes and phone numbers scribbled on scraps of paper. We handle car rentals and some local sightseeing stuff. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood who’ve been coming to us for years. My brother helps out with the accounts on the weekends. The 13th Cross can get a bit congested with scooters parked everywhere, but it’s a good community. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. That’s just how it is here. We aren't looking to expand into some giant corporation. We just want to keep the cars running and the customers happy with their trips. It’s not a complicated life. We show up, we answer the calls, and we try to be helpful. If you need a ride, you just come by and we see what we can do.
