Bhagirathi Travels

Bhagirathi Travels is over at 22 Adinath Tower. We are in Borivali East, quite close to the ST bus stand and opposite Nancy Colony. It’s a busy spot because of all the people traveling in and out of the city. We also have a connection to the Opera House area, but Adinath Tower is where we spend most of our time. Our office is small, just enough space for a counter and some benches for people to sit while they wait. There are always travel posters on the walls, though some of them are getting a bit faded now. We deal with all kinds of travel arrangements, mostly helping folks get where they need to go by bus or car. It gets really hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go back to their home villages or take a trip. We have a few regular drivers we work with. The phone rings a lot, and sometimes it’s hard to keep up with all the questions about schedules and prices. We don't have a computer system that does everything automatically; a lot of it is still done in ledgers or on scrap paper. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We try to be honest about arrival times, even when the traffic is bad. People appreciate that. We are just a local travel shop trying to help the neighborhood get around without too much trouble or high costs.
