We are located at Shop No 22 in Adinath Tower, which is right on Nancy Road in Borivali East. It is a handy spot because we are near the ST Depo and right across from Nancy Colony. The area is always moving, with buses coming and going all the time. Our shop is not very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need inside. Bhagirathi Trans Corpo is mostly about the logistics of moving people and things. We spend a lot of our time on the phone coordinating drivers and checking routes. It is a bit of a messy office, to be honest, with clipboards hanging on the walls and notes stuck everywhere. We do not have any fancy signs or a big lobby. You just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We deal with a lot of local transport needs and help out with bookings for various trips. Some mornings are quite frantic when the schedules are tight, but we usually find a way to get everything sorted. The tea guy comes by twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. We are not trying to be a huge corporate entity; we are just a local shop in Borivali trying to keep things running smoothly for our customers. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much break. We just focus on the daily tasks.
