Bgts Holidays

We are based in unit 11 of Hemu Plaza, which is over on DJ Road in Vile Parle West. This part of Rammurthy Nagar is always bustling with activity, especially during the middle of the day. Inside Bgts Holidays, the walls are mostly covered with maps or old calendars that we have not taken down yet. There are a few desks with computers that stay on all day as we look up flight schedules or check on hotel availability for people. It is a lot of time spent staring at screens and waiting for pages to load. The office is in a good spot because it is easy to find once you get to Hemu Plaza, though parking on DJ Road can be a real headache sometimes. We hear the traffic outside and the voices of people heading to the shops nearby. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to fixing the stapler when it gets stuck. We do not have any fancy lounge for people to sit in, just some basic chairs and a table with a few brochures that have probably been there too long. It is a practical space for planning trips and sorting out itineraries. Some days are really busy with people coming in one after another, and other days we just sit and wait for the phone to ring. That is just life in Vile Parle West for us.
