Our office is located in Matunga East, right on Jame Jamshed Road. We’re in Meru Tower, specifically in A-101 on the first floor of the A Wing. It’s a nice part of town, near Five Garden and Kapole School. You can often see people walking their dogs or kids coming home from school when you look out the office window. We’ve been operating Beverly Developers from this spot for a while. It’s a fairly straightforward setup. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of space for maps and project plans. We aren't into the whole corporate image thing. We prefer to keep things real and practical. Most of our day involves talking to architects, checking on construction progress, and making sure the budget is on track. It can be stressful, but we like the work. Matunga has a very specific feel to it, and we’re glad to be based here. The office is often a bit noisy because there’s always someone coming in to discuss a project or drop off some documents. We don't have a receptionist to filter everything; we just handle it ourselves. We started this because we wanted to build solid homes and spaces without the usual headaches. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one. We’ve grown slowly and carefully over the years, sticking to what we know and working hard. It’s just how we do things. We don't make big empty promises. We just show up and do what we said we would.
