We’ve been at Atlanta Estate for a while now. It's a busy spot right off the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road, near Virwani. Our office is at number 419. Most days you'll find a few of us here handling the paperwork and logistics for our infrastructure projects. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical place where we get things done. Being in Goregaon helps because we’re close to everything. The traffic on the link road can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but that's just part of working in Mumbai. We started Bestofmine Infra Private Limited to handle the basics of construction and site work. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually catch up on filing. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just putting in the hours and making sure our current jobs are moving along. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign near the industrial estate. We keep a small team and we like it that way because it means we actually know what’s happening on every site. If you drop by, someone is usually around, though we're out in the field a lot. There’s always a kettle going for tea and a stack of blueprints on the desk. It’s a real working office, a bit messy sometimes with all the site plans and samples lying around, but we know where everything is.
