You’ll find Benzy Tours and Travels in Mulund East. We are at B-204 in the Saiasha building, which is on Gavanpada Road in Neelam Nagar. It’s a nice area, a bit more relaxed than other parts of Mumbai. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our office isn't very large. It’s mostly just a place for us to sit with our computers and talk to people about their travel plans. We have some posters of different places on the walls, but otherwise, it’s a very simple setup. We spend most of our day on the phone or checking flight prices. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We don't have any big slogans or marketing plans. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood or friends of people we’ve helped before. We like it that way because it feels more personal. The Saiasha building is mostly families, so it’s a quiet place to work during the day. Sometimes we have a bit of a mess with all the printouts and visa forms, but we try to keep it under control. We don't act like we are some giant travel corporation. We're just a local spot in Mulund East where we help people get where they need to go. It’s a small team, and we all do a bit of everything. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families.
