You can find Benevolent Buildcon Private Limited at Sai Ashram C.H.S. in Sector 3. We are right there in Charkop, Kandivali West. Our office is a pretty modest place, 342/28 to be exact. We’ve been here for a bit, and we like the community vibe of this residential society. It’s not like those shiny offices in the business districts; it feels more like home. We work on building projects, mostly around Mumbai City, and there is always something to do. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is dropping off documents. We handle a lot of the boring stuff that comes with construction—permits, layouts, and dealing with the local authorities. It’s a lot of legwork. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. Sometimes the rains in Mumbai slow us down, or a delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it. We drink a lot of chai and keep the paperwork moving. It’s just how we operate. We value the fact that people in the building know us by name. We’re just local people building for other local people in this busy city. We hope that the work we do here in Charkop makes things a little better for the folks who end up living in our buildings.
