We are located right in the heart of Mumbai, specifically in the Fort area at Vardhaman Chamber. It's on the fourth floor, room 412. Horniman Circle is usually pretty crowded with people and traffic, so getting to the office in the morning can be a bit of a challenge. Bellissimo Vivek Enterprises Dwellers Private Limited is the name we use for our business. We deal with a lot of different aspects of dwelling and property management around this part of the city. Being on Cawasji Patel Road means we are close to everything, which is helpful for meetings. The office itself is just a regular workspace where we handle our files and talk to clients. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Mumbai. We just want to do our jobs properly and go home at the end of the day. The building is one of those older structures that has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit much if the lift is acting up. Our team is small, mostly just a few people who have been working together for years. We know the local regulations and how things work in this part of Maharashtra. It's a busy life, but we like being where the action is. Sometimes we get projects further out, but 400001 is where we belong. It’s just us doing what we can.
