We are based in the Fort area of Mumbai, which is one of the oldest parts of the city. Our office is in the Vardhaman Chamber on Cawasji Patel Road, near Horniman Circle. We are up on the fourth floor, in units 176-412. It is an old building with high ceilings and narrow hallways. Bellissimo In City FC Mumbai 1 Private Limited is where we manage the urban projects we are involved in. The office is usually quite quiet, except for the sound of someone typing or the distant noise of the street below. We have a lot of files and old records kept in large cabinets because we have been doing this for a while. Fort is a great place to work because we are close to everything, but the parking is almost impossible, so most of us use the local trains to get in. Our daily routine is pretty standard. We check the progress of the work, handle the bills, and talk to the people who are actually on the ground doing the building. It is not always easy work, and there is a lot of red tape to deal with in a city as old as Mumbai. We are just a small, dedicated team that shows up every day to keep the wheels turning. We do not have any big mission statements, just a lot of work to finish.
