Belgrade Constructions Private Limited

We've been based here at Janmabhoomi Marg for a while now. Our office is on the 4th floor of Sai Sadan, right near Hutatma Chowk. It’s a busy spot in Fort, but we like being in the middle of everything. Belgrade Constructions started out small and we’ve mostly stuck to handling local building projects around Mumbai. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and site visits to make sure things are actually moving. We don't have a massive team, just a few of us who know the trade. Building stuff in a city like this is never straightforward. There’s always some delay with materials or traffic getting in the way. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints in the office and then heading out to the sites to talk to the guys doing the heavy lifting. It’s hard work, and the weather doesn't always help, especially when the monsoon hits. We just try to get the job done right so the structure stays up. People know where to find us if they need something looked at. Sometimes the lift in our building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. It’s just how things go. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the usual brick and mortar work that keeps the city growing. It’s what we know how to do. We keep our paperwork organized but it’s the on-site stuff that really matters to us. We’ve seen many changes in the Fort area over the years.
