Bateel

We’ve been at this spot in Nariman Point for a while now. It’s located at Survey No 54 3/4/2A 3. Most days, it’s just us doing what needs to get done. The traffic around here can be a real headache, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their offices. We started Bateel because we wanted to have something of our own in this part of town. It’s not a huge place, but it works for us. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up when it’s really hot outside, but we manage. We see a lot of the same faces every week. People coming in from the nearby buildings or just walking past on their way somewhere else. It feels like we are part of the furniture now. The address is a bit long to write out, but once you find the survey number, it’s easy enough to spot. We spend a lot of time just keeping things organized and making sure everything is in its place. There isn't much to say other than we are here every day. We don't do anything fancy. It’s just work. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to that yet. We like being in Nariman Point because there is always something going on. Even when it’s quiet, you can hear the city moving outside. That’s pretty much us at Bateel. Just a regular bunch of people working and getting by.
