We’re based out of Worli, specifically in the Panchratna CHSL building. Bastiwala Construction Private Limited has a small spot at Gala No. 06 in Building No. 10. It’s right on Dr. Moses Road, which stays busy pretty much all the time. Shiv Smruti is the name of the place. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. Being in Mumbai City, especially an area like Worli, means you’re always in the middle of everything. Our gala isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to run the construction business. There’s usually someone there from early morning to late evening. We handle the day-to-day stuff without a lot of fuss. It’s honest work and we like it that way. No one here is trying to be a big shot. We just want to get the projects finished properly. The 400018 area is our home ground. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult or the traffic delays the trucks, but we deal with it as it comes. It’s a very local operation. Most of our neighbors in the building know us by name. We don't spend money on fancy marketing. We just let the work speak for itself. It’s just us, the tools, and the plans we’re working on. If you’re walking down Dr. Moses road, you’re passing by where we make things happen. It’s just how we operate day in and day out here in Mumbai.
