Being on Lokhandwala Link Road in Andheri West means it’s always busy outside. There is always traffic and people moving around. Our office is pretty plain. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people come to visit. We deal with a lot of different development tasks. It’s a lot of back and forth with different people. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, but we manage. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We are just a local team working on property stuff in Mumbai. The building itself is full of other businesses, so it’s a lively place to work. We spend hours looking over plans and making sure the numbers add up. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but that’s the way it is. We try to keep things straightforward with our clients. No fancy talk, just honest work. We've been in this spot for a while and know the local market pretty well. It takes a lot of patience to get things approved in this city. We just take it one day at a time and try to finish what we started. It’s a small group of us here, and we like the independence of it all. We just keep going.
