Being up on the 8th floor at 215 Atrium is quite a change from the ground level. We are in Unit No.802-804 in the A Wing. Andheri East is always a bit of a rush, so coming up here is slightly quieter. Barry Callebaut India Pvt.Ltd is the name we use, but mostly it’s just the place where we sit and work through the day. The elevators take a bit of time in the morning when everyone is trying to get to their units. From the windows of 802-804, you can see a lot of the city, though mostly it’s just other buildings and the tops of cars. The office feels modern but it’s still just an office with desks and computers. We don’t have fancy art on the walls or anything like that. The name Barry Callebaut India Pvt.Ltd. is on the glass door near the entrance. It’s a big building, 215 Atrium, and sometimes it’s easy to get turned around if you aren’t used to it. We keep our space tidy enough, but there’s always a pile of papers somewhere. The air conditioning is usually a bit too cold, so most of us keep a sweater nearby. It’s just how it is working in a high-rise in Andheri. We stay focused on the work at hand and don't worry about much else besides getting things done on time and catching the bus home at the end of the shift.
