Bansal Telecom & Travels

Our place is in the Abubakar Building, right near Bharat Cinema in Kurla East. It’s a very busy part of the neighborhood. Bansal Telecom & Travels does a bit of everything. We help people with phone stuff and also with their travel plans. It’s a small shop, but we stay quite busy because of where we are located. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a ticket or a mobile recharge. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit and wait, so it's usually a bit of a squeeze. The noise from the cinema and the street can be a lot, but it keeps things interesting. We aren’t a big travel agency with fancy brochures. We just look things up and tell people what’s available. Same with the telecom side of things. It's just simple service for the people living and working around Kurla. We’ve been in the Abubakar Building for a while now. Most of our customers are regulars who live nearby. We don't spend money on advertising because the foot traffic is enough to keep us going. It’s just me and a couple of others working here most days. We try to be quick so people don't have to stand around too long. It’s a basic shop, but it gets the job done for the locals. We might not have the best air conditioning, but we always have a friendly word for whoever walks in. That’s how it is at our Kurla shop.
