You can find Nouka Build Solutions Pvt. Ltd. up on the 9th floor of the Platina Business Park. We are right in the middle of the Bandra Kurla Complex, G Block, Plot C-59. BKC is a busy place, as anyone who works in Mumbai knows. Being in Bandra East means there’s always a lot of traffic and people rushing around at all hours. Our office is high up, so it stays a bit quieter than the street level. We spend our days looking at plans and talking to vendors about materials. It’s a professional environment, but we try to keep things relaxed inside our own doors. We’re not the type to wear suits every single day unless we really have to for a meeting. The business park has a lot of other companies, so it feels like we are part of a big hub. We have our desks set up and the coffee is usually brewing in the corner. Most of the time, we are just heads down on our computers or on the phone trying to get things sorted. Getting to BKC is a bit of a journey for some of us, but once we’re here, it’s all about getting the work finished. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We provide solutions for building stuff, and that’s about it. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure every piece of the puzzle fits together correctly for the client.
