We operate out of Ballard Estate in Fort, specifically at 5 J N Heriedia Marg. This is a very old and historic part of Mumbai, and our office fits right in with the stone buildings around here. We’ve been around for a long time, so we’ve seen the travel industry change from paper tickets to everything being on a phone. We do a lot of corporate work but also help individuals with their travel needs. The office is large and has high ceilings, which makes it feel a bit formal, but we are just regular people working here. We aren't into those modern sales tactics where everything sounds like a dream. We just look at the schedules and give people the facts. Sometimes the systems go down and we have to do things the old-fashioned way, which we are used to. We handle a lot of logistics and shipping stuff too, not just holidays. It keeps us busy. The neighborhood is nice to walk around during lunch, even if it gets very crowded during the work week. We don't have any fancy posters on the walls, just the stuff we need to get through the day. People know us for being steady and reliable, which is what we aim for without making a big deal out of it. It’s a solid place to work and we take our responsibilities seriously.
