Balavan Infrastructures Private Limited

Balavan Infrastructures is based right in the middle of Andheri, which is always a hectic place to be. Our office is on the first floor of House No. 7, just across from the Andheri Post Office. If you know the area, you know Typing Gali—it’s a narrow spot but everyone knows it. We’ve got office number Z.N.S 4. It’s a busy little corner of S V Road. We mostly deal with infrastructure stuff, which means a lot of technical planning and coordinating with different crews. Being near the station and the post office is actually quite handy for us because there’s always something happening and it’s easy for people to find us. We’re not the kind of company that puts out big brochures or spends money on marketing. We just focus on the projects we have at hand. It’s mostly just us sitting in the office, looking at maps, and figuring out how to get the next phase of a project moving. The building we are in is older, but it works for what we need. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with all the traffic on S V Road, but you get used to it after a while. We started Balavan Infrastructures because we saw a lot of work that needed doing around Mumbai, and we figured we had the skills to help out. We’re just regular people trying to do a decent job with the infrastructure projects we take on.
