Balaji Travel House

You can find us in Andheri East, tucked away in B-10. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been running Balaji Travel House from this same spot for quite a while. The office is a bit of a mix of old ledgers and new computers. We never really threw away the old stuff because you never know when you might need it. We spend our days mostly handling bookings and talking to people about where they want to go. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us in the office, making sure the tickets are printed and the details are correct. Sometimes the rain makes the roof a bit noisy, and the street noise can get loud, but we’re used to it. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. If a flight is cancelled, we’re the ones on the phone trying to fix it. We don't make big promises; we just do the work. It’s a practical business for practical people. Most of our day is spent making sure the numbers add up and the dates are right. We like the local vibe of Andheri East. It’s got a certain energy that you don’t find anywhere else in the city, and we are happy to be here.
