Balaji Film International

Balaji Film International is situated in Ghatkopar West. We are in the Kailash Esplanade building, room C-117, right on L B S Marg. It’s a pretty easy place to find because we are directly opposite Shreyas Cinema. That’s a big landmark in this part of Mumbai. Being near the cinema feels right for what we do. The office itself is quite functional. We have our desks and our files and not much else in terms of decoration. LBS Marg is always busy with traffic, so there is a constant hum of cars and buses outside. We have been in this spot for a while now. Most of our day is spent talking to people and handling the paperwork that comes with the film business. It isn't as glamorous as people think from the outside. There’s a lot of waiting and a lot of basic coordination. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road construction outside, but we just wipe it down and keep going. We are a small team and we don't have a lot of fancy procedures. If someone needs something, they just ask. We like the convenience of Ghatkopar because the station isn't too far away. It’s a practical location for a business that needs to stay connected to the rest of the city. We just show up every day and do our part without making a big fuss about anything.
