Bake Masters Llp

Bake Masters Llp is tucked away on the second floor of the Evergreen Industrial Estate. If you know the Mahalaxmi area, you know Shakti Mill Lane can get pretty crowded during the day. Our building is number 22, and it has that old industrial feel that you find in this part of Mumbai. We have been working out of this space for some time, and honestly, the stairs can be a bit much when we are carrying heavy bags of supplies up to the floor. Being on the second floor means we are a bit removed from the street noise, but you can still hear the city moving outside. It is a practical space for us. We don't have a big storefront with lights and signs; it is more about the work happening in the back. The kitchen stays busy from morning until late, and the smell of baking usually fills up the hallway of the estate. It is an honest living, and we just focus on getting things right. Most of the people working here have been with us through many seasons. We deal with the Mumbai humidity just like everyone else, trying to keep the ingredients cool. It is not always easy working in an industrial zone, but it works for us and we have gotten used to the rhythm of Mahalaxmi life over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
