Ayyappa Pilgrimage Unit

We are located over in Kandivali West at Shop No D/102 in Jethwa Nagar. You can find us right on the main road, just opposite the Bajaj Municipal School. We’ve been operating from this small shop for quite some time now. Most of what we do involves helping people get their trips organized for the pilgrimage season. It gets really busy around here during those months. We handle the bus bookings and try to figure out where everyone is going to stay. It is not a very big office, just a simple place where we keep our registers and talk to the people who walk in. My cousin often sits here with me to help with the paperwork. We aren't some big corporate company with fancy computers. We just use a basic setup to keep track of the names and dates. Sometimes the phone rings all day long and it can get a bit loud with the traffic outside. We just try to make sure the buses leave on time and everyone has their seat. It is a lot of coordination but we have been doing it long enough to know the routine. Most people in the neighborhood know where we are. We don't do much in the way of advertising because the word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. If you are looking for us, just head towards the school and look for the D/102 sign. We are usually here until late evening.
