You can find us over at 1/107 Dockyard Road. We are tucked away on the second cross in Swatantra Yodhara Nagar. Our office is inside Vishal Tower, which is quite close to the MTNL exchange. It’s a busy neighborhood and we have been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent booking tickets and answering questions about travel timings. We have a lot of schedules pinned to the walls and the computers are always humming. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of checking dates and making sure the names are spelled right on the forms. People come in from the street looking to visit family or go on a trip for work. We listen to their plans and try to find a seat on a bus or a train that fits. The building itself is okay, though the elevator in Vishal Tower is a bit slow some days. We usually just take the stairs to the second cross area. It keeps us moving. Dockyard Road is always full of life and the noise of the city is part of our daily routine. We don't have a big mission or anything, we just want to get the bookings done correctly so people don't have trouble later. We have a small kettle for tea and we take turns going out for snacks. It’s just a regular local office where we handle the mundane details of travel.
