You can find Avvad Housing LLP down in the Dana Bunder area of Mumbai. We are located at Anna Bhuvan, which is on Plot-87C. Our office is on the second floor, room number 02. This part of town, Chinch Bunder and Devji Ratansi Marg, is incredibly busy with all the wholesale markets and trucks moving around. It is a very old part of the city with a lot of character. The building itself has been around for a long time. Working here means you are right in the thick of the city's trade. We handle housing matters, and it is a lot of paperwork and talking to different people every day. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. It is not a fancy office with air conditioning in every corner, but it is a place where we get the work done. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while we discuss the current projects. It is a small team and we all know each other well. Most of our day is spent making sure the filings are correct and the sites are moving along. It is a very practical, down-to-earth environment. We like being in this part of Mumbai because it feels real and grounded. It is just how things have always been for us in this corner of the city.
