Avtar Enginneers is located in F/4 of the Khalsa Industrial Estate. This is in the Subhash Nagar area of Bhandup West, near Rajendra Nagar. It’s a real industrial zone, so don’t expect any fancy landscaping or quiet offices around here. Throughout the day, you hear the hum of generators and the clinking of metal all day long. Our unit is one of many in the estate, a simple space where we handle engineering tasks. It’s mostly tools, workbenches, and raw materials scattered around the floor. We spend a lot of time on our feet, measuring things and making sure the parts fit together like they should. It gets pretty dusty, and the grease is just part of the job. We aren't here to impress people with a shiny office; we are here to get the work finished. Bhandup is a place where people get their hands dirty, and our shop is no different. The Khalsa estate has been around for many years, and you can see it in the walls and the old gates. We start early when the air is a bit cooler because by midday, it gets quite warm inside the unit with all the equipment running. Most of the people who come by are other local business owners or delivery drivers looking for the right gala. It’s a straightforward life, focusing on the metal and the machines. We keep our heads down and stay on top of the schedule.
