Avm Associates

Avm Associates is located in the Mangesh Building, right on A. G. Street near the Opera House. It’s a very old part of the city, and our building has been around for ages. You can feel the history when you walk up the stairs. We are on the ninth floor, and the lift is a bit moody sometimes, so we often end up taking the stairs anyway. It’s good exercise, I suppose. The office itself is full of light because of the big windows, though they’re a bit dusty from the street grime. We’ve been here so long that we know all the other tenants in the building. It’s a tight-knit spot. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate logos on every wall. Just the work we do and the people we do it for. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to understand what needs to be done next. It’s a practical way to work. We like the energy of the Opera House area. There’s always something happening outside. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. If you’re looking for us, just look for the Mangesh Building on A. G. Street. We’re usually here until late, especially when the work piles up. We keep a small kitchen area for snacks and coffee which helps when the days get long.
