This is Avasthi Tours & Travels. Our office is located in Borivali West, specifically in the Bmc Colony at Anand Nagar. We are right across from the Gokul Hotel, which is a very well-known spot in this part of town. People usually find us by looking for the hotel first. We handle travel bookings and tour arrangements from this small office. It is often busy with phones ringing or people coming in to ask about train tickets and bus schedules. Borivali West is a crowded area, so there is always noise outside from the traffic. We have been operating out of Anand Nagar for quite some time now. We know the neighborhood well. It is not a corporate setup; it is just a local travel desk where we try to help people get where they need to go. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is the travel business for you. Being opposite Gokul Hotel helps because everyone knows where that is. We stay open pretty late to help commuters who stop by after work. We do not have any fancy brochures everywhere, just a desk and some chairs for customers to sit while we talk. We have seen a lot of families come through here for their holiday plans over the years.
