Avas Living Alibaug Llp

We have been running things from our office at 12 Laspalmas for quite a while now. It is located on Little Gibbs Road, which most folks know because it is right near the Hanging Garden in the Malabar Hill area. It is a nice enough spot, though the traffic on the way up the hill can be a bit much during the evenings. Avas Living Alibaug Llp is the name we use for our work. We focus mostly on things going on over in Alibaug, but we keep our main base here in the city. The office itself is not very large, just a simple place where we keep our files and take our phone calls. We spend a lot of time talking to people about land and houses, mostly trying to make sense of all the paperwork that comes with it. There is usually someone coming in or going out, and we try to keep a pot of tea ready for whoever stops by. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the rest of Mumbai, which we appreciate. You can hear the birds from the garden sometimes if the window is open. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us sitting at our desks, making sure the daily tasks get finished before the sun goes down. We like the rhythm of this place and the history of the buildings around us. It feels like a solid place to work from. We are usually here from early morning until the evening sets in.
