We are situated in Santacruz West, right near the bus depot at 4/A. It is a very busy part of town and you can see the buses coming and going all day long. Being so close to the depot means there is always a lot of people moving around outside our door. We deal with cars and travel stuff mostly. It involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls that never seem to end. Sometimes the phones just don't stop ringing. We started out small and stayed in this same area because it is easy for people to find. The office itself isn't very big but it fits everything we need. We have a few desks and some plastic chairs for when people come in to sit and talk. Most of our work is just organizing things on the computer and checking schedules. It gets quite hot in the afternoons so we keep the fans going at full speed. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It is a friendly enough spot even if it gets really loud with the traffic. If you are coming from the railway station, it is just a short walk over. We don't have any massive signs out front. We spend a lot of time making sure the drivers know exactly where they are supposed to be. It keeps us busy from the morning until quite late at night.
