Austin Eng. Co. Ltd. is situated on Nagdevi Street, right on the first floor of Kadri House at number 275. If you know Nagdevi Street, you know how crowded it gets with people and carts moving everywhere. It is a very busy part of town. Climbing up to the first floor is just part of the daily routine for us. The stairs are a bit narrow, and it can be a bit dark in the hallway, but our office and workspace are solid. We deal with engineering items, so there are always tools and components lying around the desks. It is not the kind of place where you worry about getting a little dirt on your shoes. We've been in Kadri House for a long time. The windows look out over the street, and we can hear the shouting and the horns all day long. It's a bit chaotic outside, but we manage to keep things moving inside. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know where to find us in the building. It’s a small space, so we have to be careful about where we stack things. We just try to stay organized and get through the orders as they come in. It is honest work in a busy neighborhood, and we are quite content with that. We just keep our heads down and do the engineering work.
