We've been over here at Minoo Desai Marg for a while now. Colaba is always busy, especially around the SP Centre area where our office is located. It gets a bit crowded during the day with all the traffic coming through 41/44, but we're used to it. Most days it’s just us sitting in the office dealing with the usual paperwork and trying to figure out the next steps for our real estate projects. It isn't always easy working in this part of town because of the noise, but it’s home for the business. We focus on the building side of things and making sure everything is handled right. Sometimes the monsoons make things difficult around here, but that’s just how it is in Mumbai. People come in and out, asking about different sites or just checking on progress. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything like that. Just some desks, a lot of files, and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it.
