We are based out of Mahim, which is a place with a lot of history and character. Our office is a modest space where we handle all our associate work. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know the streets and the people here pretty well. It’s not one of those shiny new glass buildings you see in other parts of the city. Instead, it’s a simple room with the basic things we need to get our jobs done. We spend a lot of time on the phone and dealing with local documentation. Being in Mahim is convenient because we can get to almost any part of town fairly easily. The neighborhood is always buzzing, especially near the market areas, and we like that energy. Our team is small, mostly just family and a couple of helpers who have been with us for years. We don't have a big website or a social media page. We just rely on the work we do and the people we meet. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when we have a lot of files to organize, but we manage. We try to keep things honest and straightforward without any of that corporate talk you hear nowadays. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we focus on being practical and getting the tasks finished by the end of the week. We enjoy the local food around here during our lunch breaks too.
